Put chopped vegetables in a pot. Put in two cans of tuna. Put 3 spoons of red pepper paste. Add a spoonful of soybean paste. Add 3 spoons of soy sauce. Add a spoonful of red pepper powder. Add a spoonful of crushed garlic. Add 1.2 liters of water. Boil it over a gas stove. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on. After 30 minutes, add 1/4t of pepper powder and turn off the heat.
