Chicken Curry | Dhaba Style Chicken Curry ll with English Subtitles ll Cooking with Benazir

In order to make Dhaba Style Chicken curry We will first take a bowl and add in it chicken i have made gashes or slits on the chicken pieces so that the spices penetrate well inside and the chicken is well marinated. Add all these ingredients to the chicken. We will add one table spoon right now in the marination and one table spoon we will add while cooking. mix well we have mixed it well lets keep it for half an hour to marinate. you can put it away in fridge if you want. Till then lets prepare the remaining ingredients. i have fried the spices for about half a minute. now add onions are to be finely chopped. and fried till golden brown. Onions are golden brown . cook for a minute. keep stirring so that the onions do not burn. now that we have added tomatoes we will cover the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. so that the tomatoes are cooked well. Tomatoes are tender now The oil has also separated. if you want you can add little water to cook the tomatoes. now we will add the marinated chicken. I have put the flame on high mix well cook for 5 to 7 minutes. i have marinated the chicken for half an hour. meanwhile i cut the onions and tomatoes hence less time was wasted. so simultaneously both the chores we done this saved a lot of time. Multitasking you know !! you can keep it for one hour to marinate this will improve its taste. Chicken has been cooked on a high flame you can see the color of the chicken has changed now we will lower the flame. cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. by that time our chicken will tender. But do not add water at this point. You can see the chicken has been cooked well Spices have also blended well We had cooked it on low flame for about 12 to 15 minutes. I have add some water in the bowl in which we had marinated the chick we will add this water now. i think i have added about half to one cup of water in here. You can add more water if you want more gravy. This is just perfect we will still cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on a low flame. because we have added water and fenugreek leaves. by then it will be ready to be served.
