Dahi Chicken Recipe | Yogurt Chicken | Indian Chicken Curry Recipe


namaste and welcome to my kitchen where anyone can cook Today we’ll make a Punjabi Dish: Yogurt Chicken It is generally served as a main course but can be served as a starter as well usually people marinate it with curd but I’m going to do it a little differently in just 1 step This is one of the tastiest chicken recipes you will ever experience so chicken lover, ready to cook this? lets get started Add 2 tablespoons oil in a heated pot, and saute grated ginger garlic paste into it Now saute washed raw chicken with the paste till it changes colour Now add salt, to taste, a little turmeric Black pepper powder green chilli(cut) mix the chicken with the spices and saute for 1 or 2 minutes add lemon juice add half cup of curd mix and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat, to thaw the chicken the chicken has cooked, we will let the water evaporate and then add the remaining half cup of curd and mix now in a cup, mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour with 2 tablespoons of water and add to the chicken to thicken the gravy and better its consistency switch the flame off as its ready to eat now My Yogurt chicken is ready, lets taste it incredible its very tasty, you should make it too!
