Hi, it’s Terrie Young at Euclid Fish Retail Market Kitchen. It’s Fourth of July weekend coming up and it’s summertime. And we’re still celebrating our 75th anniversary! So if you want to order your lobsters for the weekend, call ahead. We have the split tails that are great for the grill. Want to just cut all the work and get these claws ready to thaw and eat? It’s delicious. I love octopus, and these octopus legs are so tender and delicious. Please come in and try them. Pop them on the grill, put a little barbecue sauce on them, any flavor profile you like. I’m also making the salmon patties: hamburgers for some, salmon patties for others. Come see us in the market.
