Hyderabadi Masala Chicken / Spicy Chicken Curry with Hyderabadi Fusion by (COOKING WITH ASIFA)


Hyderabadi Masala chicken, Marinate chicken meat 1 kg Marination Process: (Add yogurt 1 bowl, Ginger &Garlic paste 1 Tbsp, 3 medium size sliced fried Onions, Salt 1 tsp & mix) Cover with cling film, and refrigerate it for 1 hour. In a Pan add 2 Tbsp cumin seeds. add 3 Tbsp coriander seeds, add 8 to 9 pcs whole dry red chilies, add 9 to 10 whole black peppers, Roast it for approx 2 to 3 min. on very light heat, Third Step: (grind all the roasted spices, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Onion, water and prepare fine paste) In a pan add 4 to 5 Tbsp of cooking oil, add ready spices paste, and cook it for 6 to 7 minutes on light flame, Add marinated chicken, and cook it for 6 to 7 minutes on medium flame, add 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red chili (for curry texture), Dum for 10 minutes, add 1 glass of water, cook of another 15 minutes on medium flame, Alhumdulilah, Masala chicken with Hyderabadi Fusion is ready….
