Add 1 tsp pepper powder. Coat each chicken piece with the maida mixture. Give a thick coating. Shake off the excess mix. Dip it in the egg mixture. Coat the dry mix again. Shake off the excess again. All the pieces are coated now. If the coating have been absorbed, give one more coating. Heat oil in a pan to deep fry. Do not use coconut oil. Use any other oil. Wait for the oil to be very hot before dropping the chicken. Tap off the excess mix and drop it to the hot oil. Once the chicken becomes hot, switch to low flame. Flip and cook both sides. Cook on low flame for 15 minutes. Cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes before removing from oil. Remove from oil. The coating is very crispy.
